Lemongrass is owned by chef Belinda Lombard, who has more than two decades’ experience gained overseas and in New Zealand. Belinda was trained in Scotland, where she was based for 15 years, and has travelled extensively throughout Europe and America.
Belinda and her husband and business partner Pierre are backed by an experienced, professional team providing exceptional service both behind the scenes and on the frontline. Depending on the occasion, Lemongrass can supply skilled waiters or bar staff.
Lemongrass Catering Company has a certified commercial kitchen in Tauranga as well as a mobile kitchen for events anywhere in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato or Coromandel.
