Dear Belinda
I just wanted to say great big THANKS for the absolutely scrumptious food that you provided for our wedding.  The canapés were just mouth-watering bites of delish - the stuffed potatoes were one of my favourites. 
All of the food was cooked/prepared to perfection and was well presented.  Your wait staffs were efficient, helpful and pleasant.  Although the supper was not required that night, due to most of our guests leaving early, it was certainly eaten the next day by all of our family and friends who were staying with us and by our guests during the day. 
The desserts were also my favourites and I know that my granddaughter (18 months) also enjoyed eating them (and chocolate does come out of flower girl's dresses!!). 
Everyone commented to me about how great the food was, some of them were still saying that week later. 
I think that anyone who hires you to cater for their event/wedding will be so pleased they did.
Thanks again for making our day just that little bit special by the food you created.

Thank you so much for an incredible day/evening last Saturday.
Your food and service by far exceeded our expectations. It was everything you promised and so much more. Your staff were fantastic, can you please thank the young lady who stayed later to do the bar and clean up,  she did a fantastic job.
All evening and the days after, our family and friends commented on how amazing the food was.

My name is Debbie Clark - I am the owner of the kitchen you used on Saturday afternoon, to cater for Dane and Bridget's wedding.
 
I was only informed on the Friday that you would be using the kitchen, so I was a little apprehensive - I have never had a caterer use it before.
 
I would just like to say what a wonderful job you did of the catering, and cleaning up my kitchen!  I never got a chance to thank you, on the day, for cleaning up so well. As you said, I would never have known someone had been in there!

Lemongrass catering was always helpful, prompt and nothing was ever too much hassle.  The food you made for our special day was amazing and tasted great.  You always gave us the many food choices and nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day I found your attention to detail impeccable, and you will always quick to respond to any requests. It was great to be part of the bridal party and not to have to worry, everything served so promptly.  Your team were so efficient at clearing up and tidying away, you hardly even noticed.  I thank you for your help in making our special day all that we wanted it to be.

Dear Belinda,

Thanks so much for providing us with such lovely food on our wedding day. You were so helpful and professional throughout the process from planning right through to the day itself. We had a magical day at the beach and you really helped us to deliver our wedding theme - an English tea party at the beach. The tea party food was perfect and everyone said they loved the dainty sandwiches, the lemonade scones and the delicious cup cakes. We also had many compliments on the evening BBQ.

You and your team were so professional on the day and really took care of all of the details, right down to cutting up everything for the kids into kiddy size pieces. I can't praise you highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Lemongrass catered out wedding and from design, to execution to presentation, they definitely came to the party. 

We gave Belinda the challenge of having a picnic-basket style menu, and she really rose to the challenge.  She provided a wealth of beautifully presented options, which not only suited our concept perfectly, but also satisfied all corner. 

We think it would be hard to go past Belinda for friendliness and professionalism, and we recommend her to everyone who is having a function or even thinking of a function
