BELINDA LOMBARD - HEAD CHEF, OWNER, DIRECTOR - THE BOSS

Belinda started Lemongrass Catering Company along with her husband Pierre - the Accountant in June 2009.

Belinda trained in Scotland, not by Gordon, Jamie or Nigel la, but under some really great chefs that trained her with old school basics, work ethics, skills and professionalism that has enabled her to establish Lemongrass Catering as a leader in catering within the Bay of Plenty region.

Her passion and the whole teams passion for providing outstanding catering is exemplitory regardless if it is a small corporate function to a large plated event in the middle of a field.

A true foody that believes everyone deserves to eat great food!

Belinda - The Boss. Jenny - Carb Technician Queen. Amanda - Jack of all trades. Shelly - Office Guru. Sam - The Commis Chef that puts up with all the women.

Not to forget our casual staff who come back year after year to help us on specialised events when we need only the best waiters and waitresses to cater for weddings and functions.
