This style of catering is the ultimate in relaxed service where Bride & Groom mix and mingle
with guests while food is circulated over a number of hours.

Enjoy canapes in the afternoon, then we like to stop for an hour to give the guests a breather and continue with some formalities like speeches, cake cutting etc. After this we continue with substantial fork food served in a variety of hand held vessels, bamboo boats, mini bowls, or noodle boxes.
